Arcana Chamber is a digital platform operated by FOP Olha Shevchenko (sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine), offering symbolic card-based reflective readings designed for personal reflection and journaling. The service provides digital tarot spreads, tools for self-exploration, and AI-assisted interpretations. Interpretations are generated algorithmically using artificial intelligence systems and symbolic card frameworks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy

4.1. Purchases

Certain features require credits (keys), which can be purchased through the platform. All purchases are one-time transactions — Arcana Chamber does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges. Your payment method will only be charged once per transaction at the time of purchase. Pricing and credit packages are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases of Keys are generally non-refundable once used.

Refund requests may be considered in cases of billing errors, duplicate transactions, or technical malfunction.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@arcanachamber.com within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, and software on Arcana Chamber are the property of Arcana Chamber or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Geographic Restrictions

Arcana Chamber is not available in the following territories: Russia, Belarus, China, Iran, and North Korea. Access from these territories is blocked at the infrastructure level. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions constitutes a violation of these Terms.
